As we wind down, a few clarifications in no particular order:
The Jewish example was only to tie the troll’s reaction to a wrong assumption based on the empathies I had expressed. I’m not a “leftist” either, even though some have judged (labeled) me so based on my anti-Trump position.
The Comey firing was the action, but Trump’s comments to Russian dignitaries, as well as in the Lester Holt interview, signal an intent that’s troublesome to say the least.
Based on no “smoking gun after a year and millions of dollars”, I guess you would also disagree with the way Benghazi was pursued, and the continuing Justice Department pursuits of Clinton emails and the Clinton Foundation.
I, too, am ok with “folks who have been successful in private life”, but the tally of Trump’s bankruptcies equal or exceed his successes. I would also prefer a business person without the many fraudulent business activities Trump and his kids have had to settle. Bribing state AG’s to not pursue class actions (Trump University) is also a red flag I would say.
Thanks for a good discussion!
